To whom It may concern,

I am Juri Na, a junior at Kwangwoon University in Seoul, Korea. As a student who has been interested in the e-waste and the friendly environment field, I have drawn special attention to dealing with electronic waste after uses, its possibility which can help our future healthy lives without harmful materials, and related organizations in Japan.
In Korea, some of world’s famous companies make a plenty of electronic things such as mobiles and LCD monitors. Along with these developments, some Asian and African are suffering from the toxic effects of e-waste. In order to achieve this goal, we believe that it is critical for us to observe and learn from a successful leading model. Therefore, we are planning a research-in-depth this summer, which will consist of on-site and the extended studies after our return.
This project will be sponsored by the LG Group, one of the largest electronics corporations in Korea. Our research will contribute to successful design and construction of the new image and the cleaned environment in Asia through reporting in reputable academic journal.
It would be greatly appreciated if you would approve an interview as well as participation in programs during our on-site visit, at your convenience. The planned schedule for our visit will be between mid-July to mid-August. Would you also kindly let us know what programs you’re planning for July and August?
